This pattern is so pretty when finished! I didn't have any DK weight yarn, so I made this in a worsted weight wool. I followed the directions for the child's size and it fit my giant adult head perfectly! I will have to make it again with the DK weight yarn. I was afraid that the lacy pattern wouldn't be warm enough, but I am pleasantly surprised at how warm this hat is. Very well written pattern. Thanks!
